She focuses on tackling unconscious Biases at work by encouraging open Discussions and respecting different opinions. Jennifer believes that when everyone feels valued and heard, it boosts creativity and productivity, benefiting everyone involved.

Karine Lee, Regional Head of Human Resources Asia
Karine Lee, who oversees Human Resources for Asia at VP Bank, says that inclusivity is a big part of how they do Business. They work hard to make sure their team is Diverse and they always try to be fair and Unbiased. They also focus on open communication, which helps everyone respect and trust each other, creating a positive work environment. They show this commitment through policies and programs like personalized training, better benefits and support for Employee well being. This is all to keep their team Happy, Productive and sticking around for the long time.

Jamie Koh Founder & Owner, Chupitos Shots Bar
Jamie Koh started Chupitos Shots Bar in Clarke Quay. She thinks it’s really important for everyone to feel included at her place. She believes that in the food and drink business, having different ideas is great for coming up with new things. She wants her workplace to be open to all kinds of opinions that help both her staff and customers.

Kelly Cheong, Senior Human Resources Manager, PSGourmet Group
Kelly Cheong, who works as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at PSGourmet Group, says they’re happy about how inclusive and diverse their workplace is. They have people of different Ages, Backgrounds, Genders and more in their team. Kelly thinks having these differences makes them stronger and helps them understand things from different perspectives. They want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves at work. They make sure all their staff understand and respect each other’s differences from day one.

Koh Yan Ping, CEO,SCWO
Koh Yan Ping says At SCWO, we want everyone to feel included and supported. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has an equal say and is valued the same, no matter their gender. She also says that they work with over 60 different organizations to achieve this. They challenge traditional ideas about gender and encourage cooperation between Women and Men. Some of the things they do include honoring accomplished women through the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame and helping women who want to become directors through the BoardAgender program.


Shyn Yee Ho-Strangas, Managing DSS

Shyn Yee Ho-Strangas who is the Managing Director of Data and Software Solutions at PropertyGuru Group. For over ten years, she has been working on initiatives to make sure everyone feels included. She shares that she believes it’s important to have allies, recognition, and Guidance to promote inclusion. Veronika Folkova who is the Senior Director of People Business Partners at Confluent, overseeing their legal team globally and in Asia Pacific. Sylvia Varela is the Area Vice President for Asia at AstraZeneca. She shares that we focus on making sure everyone in our workforce can do their best.
