On Monday, South Korean intelligence revealed shocking information regarding the impact and consequences of the Russia & Ukraine war which began in 2022 and stated that 300 North Korean soldiers were killed and 2700 were injured in the traumatic war.
“The deployment of North Korean troops to Russia has reportedly expanded to include the Kursk region, with estimates suggesting that casualties among North Korean forces have surpassed 3,000” said Lee Seong-Kweun, Seoul National Intelligence Service (NIS)
The statement also unfurled the struggle of North Korean soldiers on the battlefield. The struggle to adapt to modern warfare including drones, the Russian commanders who sent those soldiers into an assault campaign without rear-fire support.
“They are also being deployed in large numbers in wide open fields, where there is no place to hide, in continuous beetles to retake the area, and that seems to be where the casualties are coming from.
Notably, memos found on deceased soldiers indicate that the North Korean authorities pressured them to commit suicide or self-detonate before capture” he added. The soldiers who were about to captured had tried to detonate and even shouted ‘General Kim Jong Un’ but he was shot and killed said Lee Seong-Kweun, Seoul National Intelligence Service (NIS)
