Recently information was spreading across the internet regarding Georgia blocking off and impeding fuel transportation to war-struck Armenia and also not letting humanitarian aid to pass through to the country that is in midst of severely escalated conflict with Azerbaijan. On October 6 the Facebook page of the Embassy of Armenia in Georgia posted declining the allegations saying “does not correspond to reality.” The announcement publicized by the embassy said, “There are no problems with the transportation of fuel and humanitarian aid.”
Announcement further notes that embassy is in continuous contact with the Georgian authorities.
