H-Food Holdings LLC, the parent company of contract manufacturer Herthside Food Solutions, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The latter produces some of the most popular snack products, such as bars, meal kits, baked goods and packaged foods.

Herthside Food Solutions is responsible for the manufacturing of a broad range of items for major brands, including Kellogg’s Oats, PepsiCo’s Lays and Quaker Oats, Kraft Foods’ Jell-O, and other popular products like Cheetos.
