Ferrari, an Italian luxury sports car manufacturer company based in Italy, is set to hire 250 workers in the first six months of 2024. Currently, the car manufacturer company has more than 5,000 employees.
The company has also announced programmes for workers, including a new share ownership plan and a bonus scheme. Under the plan, every employee will receive shares in the company.
Who is eligible for the job at Ferrari? How many shares will employees receive in the company? What is an employee share ownership plan? Will employees also receive a bonus?
Ferrari is hiring 250 employees for 2024. Half of the new hiring will take place by January 2024. Most hiring will take place in Italy because most workers are currently employed in Italy.
Ferrari said in its official website, “Working at Ferrari means being part of a unique, passionate, future-focused team in which our people are our greatest asset. If you are ready to make a difference, please look at the job offers or send us your spontaneous application at the Careers site.”
Currently, the company is hiring freshers under Business Analyst Licenses Internship (Maranello) and HR Recruiter Internship (Maranello).
The company is also hiring Regional Manager (Englewood Cliffs, NJ), Warranty Manager (Englewood Cliffs, USA), Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Maranello), and Customer Development Specialist (Maranello).
You need to check the official website of Ferrari to know about future job openings and eligibility criteria. If you have experience in these fields, you can apply for the job.
The Italian company said in a statement it would launch an employee share ownership plan in 2024. Employees at Ferrari will receive shares in the company worth up to a maximum of 2,065 euros free of charge.
If they keep the shares for at least 36 months, they will also receive additional shares worth up to 15% of the value of the initial allocation.
In the coming months, the employee share ownership plan will also be extended to Ferrari’s employees outside Italy. Employees can also convert part of their bonus into Ferrari shares, for up to 3,000 euros.
