Our aggressive hiring strategy of adding 3,000 people in the next 5 years reflects our dedication to hire a talented workforce.”

Employees will be hired in Titan across the domains such as engineering, design, luxury, digital, data analytics, marketing and sales. Experts from various fields, young and experienced, will be hired at Titan.

Titan campus hiring
Titan will continue to hire campus talent by conducting campus hiring in Indian colleges and universities. The Indian company – which mainly manufactures luxury fashion accessories such as jewelry, watches and eyewear – is expected to contribute to 15-18% of the total hiring every year.
Titan Company Limited, a famous eyewear company, will also focus on local talent to promote regional employment.
Currently, 60% of the Titan Company’s workforce are based in the urban cities, while 40% of employees are based in tier II and III cities.
The company will increase the percentage of employees hiring in engineering roles by 50% in the next three years.
Titan international hiring
The company is also focused on increasing the hiring in its international workforce by 10% over the next 5 years. The company will plan to expand its global footprint in North America and the Middle East region.
Around 150-200 new positions will be created in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market in the next 2-3 years.
